Submitting a DMCA Notice: If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on the Unified Gears blog, please notify us in writing using the following information:

- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
- The exact URL or location of the infringing material on the Unified Gears blog;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notice: If you believe that your content was removed from the Unified Gears blog due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include the following information:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- The exact URL or location of the content that was removed;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a Federal District Court where you live (if you are located outside of the United States, please indicate your country of residence);
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice, or that person’s agent.
